How can virtual physical therapy work without you ever touching me?
This is the most common and important question. My entire virtual process is built on being an expert guide. Through a detailed interview and by watching you perform specific movements, I can learn an incredible amount about the root cause of your issue. Manual, hands-on therapy can provide temporary relief, but lasting change comes from teaching you how to move better and build strength over time. My job is to give you the tools and knowledge to manage your own body—that's a skill you'll have for life, and it can be taught incredibly effectively online.

The cost feels high compared to my insurance co-pay. Why is it worth it?
This is a direct investment in a premium, high-touch experience. In a traditional clinic, you might see your PT for 15-20 minutes and spend the rest of the time with an aide. With me, you get a full hour of one-on-one time with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. When you add in the unlimited direct messaging support between sessions and a long-term plan that adapts to your progress, you're getting a level of access and guidance that is unmatched.

You're new to Wenatchee. Why should I choose you over an established local clinic?
I bring a fresh perspective and a model of care built for the modern active adult. My specialization in virtual therapy, with over 1,000 sessions of experience, means I am an expert in this specific, convenient, and effective way of delivering care. You get direct access and a fitness-forward approach that you may not find elsewhere. I chose to make the Wenatchee Valley my home, and I am deeply committed to earning your trust by providing an exceptional level of service to this community.

What happens after I book my evaluation?
Once you select a time on my Google Calendar, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a link to a Google Form for your intake paperwork. This allows us to spend our entire 60-minute session focused on your evaluation and getting you started on the right path.

Do you provide super bills?

Do you treat "X"?
As an orthopedic certified specialist, I am able to treat every musculoskeletal injury with some caveats. You can assume I am able to treat you. However, if I determine that I am not the best person to help you, I will help you find someone who I think can and issue a refund. Conditions I don’t treat: Concussions, vestibular issues such as vertigo, hand/finger injuries.
